Key Responsibilities:
- Complete provider enrollment with insurance companies.
- Submit and track credentialing applications.
- Follow up with payers on application status.
- Keep provider files and details accurate.
- Watch deadlines for re-credentialing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain clear records and reports.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of healthcare credentialing experience.
- Know CAQH, NPI, PECOS, and payer portals.
- Understand Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance rules.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be organized and self-directed.
